If UDMA CRC error occures this patch switches IDE controller to UDMA-33,
then to WDMA-2 and only after this to PIO. Keeps statistics of successfull
operations after switching to slower modes. If more than 1/3 of operations
causing UDMA CRC errors succeed after slowdown, the controller is instantly
switched to this mode. The original transfer rate is restored after reinitialization.
